Hi,

when I copy the entries you included, it loads fine for me, except for
a complaint about the BibTeX keys. What version of JabRef are you
using?

These two entries are actually malformed, since they don't have any
BibTeX keys. Is this the case for the entire bib file?

I don't have any personal experience with exporting from Endnote, but
we have an export filter for Endnote available on the JabRef web page
(see under Endnote filter set):
http://jabref.sourceforge.net/resources.php that might be useful. If
you download the zip file you will find some information in there.
