while cleaning up my email archives I came across Oliver's work on 
 PdfContentImporter, etc.  Has this been incorporated into the 
 repository?

 Also, I did a quick hack and have a working Gentoo portage ebuild for 
 2.7.  If anyone wants to play with it, or would like to polish it up for 
 posting please let me know.  I would love to see
