< JabRef, delete the net.sf.jabref.plist file Under my OpenSUSE Linux that must correspond to /home/~/.java/.userPrefs/net/sf/jabref/prefs.xml I deleted it - and still it did not work. But I will give it up because as I have finetuned my entry types already, I do not need the biblatex mode. Daniel
