I managed to run a quick test, and I can reproduce this issue when
adding a second Editor field to the inbook entry. So (assuming the
duplicated Editor field is a result of your customization and not a
bug in itself) this is the bug: using duplicated editor entries
doesn't work - there's never been made any provisions for it, and the
strings of events handling edits, storages etc. is too complex for me
to say why at the moment.

For the next version I'll look into whether this can be fixed, or
whether we should outlaw duplicate editor entries.
