Hi,

JabRef contains a feature called "Integrity check", accessed from
Tools -> Scan database -> Integrity check. No decision has been made,
but I am considering whether it should be removed in the next version,
because:
 1) I am not sure how useful it is
 2) I am not very satisfied with the way it looks and works
 3) I have a feeling that the feature isn't very visible, and that it
isn't widely used

Am I wrong? I am interested in hearing from those who do use the
feature, what would be the most significant loss if this feature was
removed? Are there specific checks that could be implemented in a
different way to avoid losing them? Or is this an important feature
that should be improved rather than removed?

Sincerely,
Morten O. Alver
