this feature was updated and improved in JabRef 2.7.1. The "Custom Export
Filters" section help files contains a description, but in summary there
are two options:
\begin{author&editor} this text appears if there is an author AND editor
field.\end{author&editor}
\begin{author|editor} this text appears if there is an author OR editor
field.\end{author|editor}
