I don't know the format of this file, and I'm not aware of any import
filter in JabRef that is supposed to handle such files. If it is
possible to export from Zotero in BibTeX, RIS, Endnote (text format)
or other formats supported by JabRef, you should then be able to
import it. Unfortunately I don't know the extent of the export
facilities in Zotero.
