Fabio, not in a straightforward way (cut and paste DOI, search, and check for duplicates would work, but then you will lose manual editing of titles etc).
However, it is on my todo (or to check if there is some feasible way through duplicate removal) to allow "upgrading" entries in an easy way, not only through DOI. I guess more people than me have hand edited entries and imported entries with an at the time not fully functioning importer. I'm nowhere near starting working on it though.
