Hi Kim,

I had some experience. I use the fetch tool now, and I think it's amazing.

A time ago, before the fetch tool, I downloaded a text file (pubmed.txt)
and I edited (with a appropriate software: gedit / leafpad/ editpad). I
saved a txt file with bibtex type (articles, books, manual, thesis, etc)
and use as template to format the pubmed file.
