Hi, from time-to-time Google Scholar changes its interface and someone has to update JabRef's code accordingly.
See http://sourceforge.net/p/jabref/bugs/1061/ or http://sourceforge.net/p/jabref/bugs/1194/ or http://sourceforge.net/p/jabref/bugs/1028/ If someone wants to dive into the code and fix the thing, https://sourceforge.net/p/jabref/code/ci/master/tree/jabref/src/java/net/sf/jabref/imports/GoogleScholarFetcher.java is the class to modify :) I personally use the web interface of Google Scholar and import the entries manually using the BibTeX source. Or i use the DOI-to-BibTeX-feature...
