Hello bcsikos, there are basically two ways to do this: 1. Just use the right mouse click in the JabRef entry-table and choose "copy bib-tex key" and insert it in Lo. 2. Use a custom Lo export format that uses Bibtexkey instead of author-year. Have a look at the documentation for the ooplugin-> use bibtexkey as AuthorField. The attached file is modified for your needs. Just load it as a style file in JabRef.
