Hello:

I am using jabref 2.10 on openSUSE linux.

When I import bibtex entries from an internet database to my bibtex database
(using Web search, eg google schoolar) jabref converts accented characters to
the corresponding latex codes: eg á becomes {\'a}, é becomes {\'e} etc. This is
not practical if I want to use the database with other program which can not do
the reverse conversion. I would like the database/jabref to keep the original
characters. Is it possible? How?

Or can I save the database with the reverse converted characters without any
other change?

Thanks,

bcsikos
