I don't understand your question. I use JabRef and google scholar without
problems, this is the way I use:
1. I open the browser and a tab with google scholar.
2. I search for an article (paper), book or author or topic.
3. When I find the results, below each one of the list Google scholar
generates apear few options such as cited by..., related articles, etc. and
cite.
4. Click over cite and it opens a new windows with three options for cite,
usually in the formats: APA, ISO690 and MLA.
5, In the bottom of this window is the option Import to BibTeX where you
must click over.
6. In some browsers automatically will download a *.bib file withe the
information of the cite, in another such as Firefox, apear the BiBTeX code
in the windows and you can select it with the mouse and paste it on JabRef.
By being code, you should open a new reference inside JabRef and go at the
tab of source code and paste the google scholar information inside.
Be careful with the commas. Usually JabRef adds few additional fields such
as owner and timestamp. So when you select the code from google select all
but not the last "}" and paste it insode JabRef before owner and timestamp.
Don't forget to add an comma in the end of the last line pasted, before the
"}". If not you'll get an error.
Finally you can use the wand in JabRef for change the bibtexkey.
I hope you can now cite from Google scholar.
Regards.
