Hello,

You could try embedded OpenOffice/LibreOffice plug-in (Tools -> Open
LibreOffice Connection; see also
http://jabref.sourceforge.net/OOPlugin-jabref.php). You can later export
the created LibreOffice document as .doc/.docx but the references in it can
no longer be changed or updated automatically with JabRef.
