Hi Guido: Thanks for your helping. I use Sublime Text 2 as text editor for edit my .bib files. There always appears UTF8 as the encoding. I think part of the problem is the creation of new bib files on Windows but without the explicit .bib extension, so maybe the Windows encoding configuration clashes with the JabRef that uses UTF8.
Finally the multi-user access to the databases is impossible yet. I think I need to search for a different tool for that.
