Is there a reason to remove the old formatter?  The reason I ask is 
that from time to time you come across an old DB that needs imported, 
and it would be nice to have it around some place -- even if it is as a 
separate converter.

Case in point -- one of my collaborators has a EndNote DB with 
something like 3,400 entries in it.  The only reason it was not already 
converted is that they used an accession number on their reprints.  At 
the time I went to help her convert the DB there was no easy way to 
convert that field.  Someone since then came up with a solution, but I 
have not had a chance to sit down with her again and work on it...
