Hi I’ve been trying to find this option with Jabref. Can Jabref automatically extract metadata from pdfs and rename them according to a certain criteria. For example when I download research papers, usually they are named something generic like “fulltext1.pdf” Is there a way to drag&drop this pdf file into Jabref and have Jabref extraction information from the pdfs metadata and rename the file to something like “Author_Year”?
