The jar available there made available each time a new commit is made
and the tests are green.

You can easily switch to the latest one by downloading it from the above URL.

You really do not need to build on your own. The building is made "in
the cloud" by CircleCI. The binaries are automatically made available
at http://builds.jabref.org/master/. No need to worry and fight with
JDKs etc :)
