My thinking was to: 1. Increase limit to allow 29 for existing patch levels (2.10 / 2.11) 2. Loosen limit enough to be basically unlimited for 2.12 and later (I think OSGi requires some upper value to allow use of ranges -- anyone more familiar with OSGi metadata settings feel free to correct me here)
