Update on 01-Oct-2019 PST: Sonatype admins were able to resolve the
issue (https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-51881) so now `2.10.0`
of `jackson-annotations` should have matching hash signatures too.

So as far as I can tell, Jackson 2.10.0 is now successfully released.
