As many of you know, Jackson 3.0.0 (GA) was released 3 weeks ago:

Yay! And 3.0.1 patch with a few fixes, too:

https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson/wiki/Jackson-Release-3.0.1

I wrote a bit about 3.0.0; these might be interesting reads too:

Anyway: this was a long journey -- 8 years since the start of 3.0
branch! -- and I am happy 3.0.x is out. This will be the New, Clean
Baseline and I hope it gets significant adoption over time (if not
immediately).

As usual, please let us know of concerns, experiences, ideas -- any
and all feedback!
