Hi Marc, Thanks for the info, it really helps! It is important since I am building a junit like api which includes code coverage stats with the test results, and I am trying to make the coverage tool pluggable (so it can work with jacoco and other code coverage tools). Although I have only really used jacoco/eclemma, since it was the first tool I tried that just seemed to work and was open source.
