We have been using eclemma to measure test coverage in eclipse along with Sonar
v4.1.1, for over a year. Results were the same, as expected , given that both
tools are using same engine - JaCoCo.
Lately we have switched to Sonar v5.5. Results differ significantly.
No changes made to maven config.
