Hi, I assume you're talking about a Maven build, right? For Maven you can only check on individual projects. There is an aggregate-report goal to create a combined report for multiple projects which will also show totals for all projects. But there is no aggregate check.
If you really want to integrate this in your buid you might use our Ant tasks to create a single report from all classes and exec files.
