Hi,

Source code of EclEmma is here - https://github.com/eclipse/eclemma
All the documentation is here - https://www.eclemma.org/

Source code of JaCoCo (tool behind EclEmma) is here -
https://github.com/jacoco/jacoco
All the documentation is here - https://www.jacoco.org/jacoco/trunk/doc/
which by the way explains how EclEmma and JaCoCo work and already contains
examples of programmatic execution.

But if you don't have time on reading of this, then please tell to your
teacher who gave you this task that you don't have time on it, or ask your
questions to him, instead of asking volunteers to spend their free time.

Regards,
Evgeny
