Greetings Evgeny, I can confirm that the workaround of downgrading to 0.8.2
allows us to avoid the error and run the tests normally - provided *all* of
the following JVM startup parameters are added to the integration tests
startup of wildfly/jboss: (normally all on one line, formatted here for
readability)
-Djboss.modules.system.pkgs=org.jboss.logmanager
-Xbootclasspath/a:
${env.JBOSS_HOME}/modules/system/layers/base/org/jboss/logmanager/main/
jboss-logmanager-2.1.14.Final.jar;
${env.JBOSS_HOME}/modules/system/layers/base/org/wildfly/common/main/
wildfly-common-1.5.1.Final.jar
-Dsun.util.logging.disableCallerCheck=true
-Djava.util.logging.manager=org.jboss.logmanager.LogManager
I've regression tested this with both Hotspot and J9 (on OpenJDK 11 build
11.0.5+10) - On windows x64 and the above parameters are compatible with
both VM runtimes
Thank you very much for the assistance, please let me know if there is
anything else I can do to help. I would be happy to invest the time to
create a simple test project that demonstrates the error and use that to
file a properly documented issue in github, if that is helpful. I can also
attempt to verify whether this occurs on a couple of different linuxes
(though I see no reason why it should be platform-specific).
Thanks again,
-a
