Hi,
just a comment about the directory structure. Last time I tried to get
people to adopt some apache projects one of their complaints was the use of
names like
* share
* etc
* var
where non-intuitive (they were windows based people). They much preferred
logic-based naming rather than tradition-based naming. ie java/ for .java
files, sql/ for sql files, conf/ for config files etc.
