Help with binindex.html

Could someone help me (till I have installed the correct environment to do
it on my computer, that is ... :) ) and modify the xml file corresponding to
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/binindex.html. There is a release link to
Cactus. The text states Cactus v1.0 (it should be updated to v1.1) and the
link itself points to a non-existent
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-commons/release/commons-cactus/v1.0
-b2/ directory, it should be
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-commons/release/commons-cactus/v1.1
