[httpclient] HttpURLConnection implementation, where ?

I'd like to submit an implementation of HttpURLConnection. Question: in
which branch ? I think it is best *not* to put in 1.1 as it is a new feature
and we want a 1.0 released ASAP. However it could be put in 1.1 or in 2.0 or
both.

My only concern is to get it as fast as possible so that I can release
Cactus 1.2 (I have put a tentative release date of 15th of september some
time ago). In view of this I think maybe we could release a 1.1 version with
only the addition of HttpURLConnection (and maybe some bug fixes that we
find) so that it is released around the 15th ? Is that something acceptable
to you ? Of course, it depends on how fast we deliver the 1.0 version.
