To revive the earlier conversation over SequencedHashtable (from
commons-sandbox/util), I submit that class rechristened "FIFOMap".
Find it attached, the only changes being its package, name, and
constructors. This class lists Daniel Rall & Henning P. Schmiedehausen
as it's authors.
