Issue 31: ADC_hardware.jal for PIC with 8-bit ADC

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. include a device that has 8 bit ADC (e.g. 16F77)
2. define all constants for ADC_hardware.jal
3. include ADC_hardware.jal
When compiling you will get an error that ADRESH is undefined, which is
correct, since this is not defined for PICS with an 8bit ADC
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
JALLIB should take this into account and make the code portable for all
PICs
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JALv24 / JALLIB unvalidated, version downloaded on 11 october 2008
