Several device files do not contain a procedure to disable the comparator
module. This may be cause of pins to remain input, even after calling the
enable_digital_io() procudure.
Applies to several PICS over the whole line (12F, 16F, 18F)
The omission in the dev2jal script is caused by a deviation in the naming
of the comparator registers (CM1CON0 and CM2CON0 in stead of CMCON and
CMCON1, CMCOM2, etc).
