Other samples may fail too when used in combination with a bootloader.
Suggested solution: add 'pragma bootloader long_start' to all samples
(possibly with the exception of samples for PICs without self-write
capability, which
cannot be used with a bootloader).
Advantage: prevents samples to fail (and problem reports).
Disadvantage: uses one extra instruction (NOP).
I think the advantage sweeps away the disadvantage.
