Seems OK to me.

To my opinion your change log is too explicit for users. I would not so
much be interested in all the details and satisfied with more global
information such as like:
- several new libraries (ic ....)
- many libraries enhanced, and several bugs fixed
- more device files and updated with the latest MPlab version (8.15)
- latest JalV2 compiler (2.4i) included (in the '-pack-' files),
executables for Linux, Windows and eComStation(OS/2)
- more samples with several enhancements, tested with latest compiler
- more uniform sample naming
- split licensing to Zlib and BSD

BTW Didn't we decide to put all samples in a single sample directory? In
that case this should be mentioned in the list above too.

The announcement should emphasize that the packages are now 'all in'.
We could also mention our tools and wiki pages which can be useful for
Jal users.

Regards, Rob.
