Procedures: lcd_bvalue_dp_line_pos_left_sign lcd_date lcd_time lcd_wvalue_dp_line_pos_left_sign are removed. format.jal provides similar functionality. Todo: check if format.jal provides the same functionality. And if not, fix, adapt, extend format.jal.
