This is what actually happens. Not with a real vote, but someone says "what
about releasing ?", and others "yes let's go" or "wait, I just need to
finish this, it's important".

Maybe we could setup a vote on jal.org :)

because real releasing needs branching, CHANGELOG updates, double-check,
triple-check of every packages, and also because my internet connection was
way too slow...
