There isn't an "officially" pullup value for i2c bus. The value of pullup
depends on bus capacitance (meaning bus lenght and configuration and number
of devices on bus) and the power supply value, to met the minimum current
flow for i2c standard which is 350-400uA for a bus capacitance less than
300pF.

So, for a short i2c bus with one master and one slave, supplied at 3.3V the
pullups may be as high as 8k2.
