Comment #6 on issue 27 by jsuijs: adapt n_tot param of format.jal
http://code.google.com/p/jallib/issues/detail?id=27

Issues with this format_byte_dec:
(ntot n2 value ^output^ # comment)
0 0 12 ^C^ # ntot=0, but one char is output (minor).
1 0 12 ^C^ # non-decimal char displayed when space is too small
2 1 0 ^0.0^ # decimal output is not counted for n_tot
4 0 0 ^ 0^ # n_tot=4, but only 3 chars output at most when n2=0
5 3 123 ^123^ # output should be '0.123'

Signed byte:
sb 1 0 -123 ^-¦^ # output of 2 bytes (not one) and non-decimal char
sb 3 0 123 ^ C3^ # this could have fit, if there was not a space in front...

(and probably more...)
