Log: Added 'rtc_hardware.jal' library for RTCC modules of 18Fxxjxx PICs
(and maybe other PICS).
This library has not been completely tested and is still under development.
An application program 'alarm_clock' using the rtc_hardware library is
probably somewhat too complicated for the sample directory and has for now
been put in the project library.
