Maybe we should set dates for new releases instead of randomly deciding when to do a release. Maybe every 6 months on the 1st of whatever months. This way everyone will know the deadline way ahead of time so we don't have to ask each other if we are ready.
I do admit that what we are doing now is much better then last time we made a release, but it can also make the process slower.
