If you're talking about "Jaluino" (not Jal_d_uino), have a look at this doc,
it explains how to setup your Jaluino board (choosing a bootloader, using
JaluinoIDE to upload your program, etc...). Doc related to hardware needs
updates, as last version is 2.0, not 1.3:
