New issue 187 by robhamerling: Adapt PWM_hardware libraries for PICs with
only PWM (no CCP) module

Newer PICs like the 16f1509 don't have CCP module(s), but dedicated PWM
module(s). The current PWM hardware libraries support only PICs with CCP
module(s).
It is desired to adapt the PWM hardware libraries for this situation or
provide a new set of libraries for thie category of PICs.
