The pic2edc script is ready as far as I can see, but the edc2jal script is
certainly not. Nevertheless - just to make sure my time and work for these
new scripts are not wasted (for example when I become victim of a train
crash) - I've added these scripts already to the tools directory.
Preliminary versions of device files of some popular PICs are uploaded in
the test/device library for those who like the game 'search the ten
differences'.
