Hi guys,

The new device files are generated with a new script: a Python script
in stead of a Rexx script. Reasons for this conversion:
  - Python has a library to process XML files (the MPLAB-X .pic files),
so the 'home built' parsing could be dropped from the script.
  - Same for JSON: devicespecific.json and pinmapping
  - Python is more popular than Rexx in this community, thus follow up
of the device file generation process by someone else will be easier.
Because to these the Python script can be considered more reliable and
probably requires less adaptations with newer MPLAB-X versions.
Disadvantage: the Python script runs about 4 times slower than the
Rexx script (Python: 1.6, Rexx: 6.0 device files per second).
The changes in the device files are of different nature:
  - The Python script is organized slightly differently
  - based on MPLAB-X 2.15 (the previous set is based on 2.05)
  - fixes of errors and omissions in the Rexx script
(including misinterpretations of .pic files and datasheets)
Apart from the fixes and changes in the .pic files most of the changes
are trivial, e.g. declarations are in another sequence, declarations
of multiplexed registers declared together, etc.
Some fuse_def have changed, but some old (deprecated) keywords have been
 maintained for compatibility.
A few samples have been changed because of changes in device files.

Please test!

Regards, Rob.
