New issue 200 by robhamerling: support of 18FxxK50 PICs by USB libraries

The current USB libraries support only PICs which have the USB interrupt
flags in PIE2/PIR2. However some PICs with USB module have the interrupt
flags in PIE3/PIR3, for example the 18f45k50. The USB libraries (esp.
usb_drv.jal) should be updated to support this group of PICs too.
