I had a quick look and observed that most compiler variants are at the
latest level (2.4q6), but some are back-level.
- jalv2ecs.exe is 2.4q5.
- jalv2_64 is 2.4q5
- jalv2osx is probably not at 2.4q6 level, but I cannot check.
Since I think I was the only one using jalv2ecs.exe - but not anymore -
it can be dropped from the distribution. Maybe also the other two
variants could be dropped.
