Hi Rob, I needed a UART test file for the 12F1840, so I made the attached files. They copies of existing files with PIC target, oscillator, and baud rate changes. I also added a delay before starting to give me time to start the PICkit UART Tool. I tested both files and they work. You can include them in /sample if you want. I would have done a github pull request, but I don't know how to do it for new files.
