I've spoken to mark about this, we can continue to provide the last mm.mysql version under LGPL, given that why do you think we need to upgrade? I've got a mail address off mark for the relevant guy to talk to, give me a good reason and I will, my own thoughts are that a)jars in cvs aren't good, b) licence issues are a PITA and best avoided where possible.
