I checked the server logs and saw quite a few 404 errors in the logs for us
yesterday (odd that our users don't mention them). Various files had needed
to be added to the CVS. Did that, and updated daedalus.
There are some other 404s that relate to some minor link errors in the docs.
I'll fix them on the site as soon as the CVS is tagged and branched, and
then they'll be included in the v2.1.1 release.
