I just committed Sergei's DNSServer changes to HEAD.  I did *not* commit to
v2 branch, because I think that we should vote to put out v2.1.1, and then I
can apply Sergei's updates, and a couple of other fixes, to v2.1.2 for
release in a few weeks.

Do you think the latest round of DNSServer changes are significant enough to push into a next-release? We already have DNSServer changes between the 2.1 release and now, so moving from what we had to 1.3.1 vs. 1.3.2 doesn't seem that significant to me.
